Feibu possesses high-quality automated production lines for rubber track rolls and court rolls, with a maximum annual single-line production capacity of 500,000 to 600,000 square meters. The daily production capacity for polyurethane plastic series products reaches 40 tons.
All products comply with the Chinese National Standard GB 36246-2018 "Synthetic Sports Surfaces for Primary and Secondary Schools" and the technical standards of World Athletics (formerly IAAF). The products have obtained the CQTA Quality Verification Certificate and the China Type II Environmental Label Certification. Notably, the prefabricated rubber track products have also received certification from World Athletics.
